Privacy policy

This policy covers goodluckdenver.com, the website for Good Luck Club, a Pouring with Heart bar at 1350 S Broadway, Denver, Colorado. It explains what we collect through the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Email signups. If you give Mr. B your email in the chat window, we save it, along with the drink the quiz picked for you and the page you were on, so we can tell you about events and offers.
- Event emails. When you email our events team, we receive what you send: usually your name, email, the date, headcount, and details about your event.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site: pages viewed, the kind of device and browser, rough location (city level), how you found us, and which buttons get used, such as directions, email and the rewards signup link. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don't ask for payment details, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
How we use it
- To send you the updates you signed up for. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
- To answer your event inquiry and plan your event.
- To understand what's working on the site and improve it.
- To keep the site secure and filter out spam.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who else handles it
- Supabase stores email signups for us.
- Google provides our email and Google Analytics.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Toast runs our rewards program, Friends of the Bar. Signing up happens on Toast's site under Toast's own privacy policy, not this one.
Links to Instagram, Google Maps, and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
- You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to correct or delete it. If you live in Colorado, you have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
How long we keep it
We keep email signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep event inquiries as long as we need them to plan and follow up on your event, and for our business records after that. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics' retention settings.
